“The Earth at a Crossroads: Confronting Environmental Challenges with Creative Solutions,” featuring Carissa Patrone Maikuri.
Carissa Patrone Maikuri is the owner and founder of Communications – Multimedia – Project Management (CMPM) Consulting. She is a passionate connector with a multidisciplinary background spanning climate change, environmental sustainability, community-led development, health and well-being, communications, education, and research.
An advocate, bridge-builder, and lifelong learner, Carissa is committed to advancing holistic solutions, challenging inequitable systems, and centering the voices of those most affected by intersectional injustices. She is also an Economic Recovery Corps Fellow and previously served in Nicaragua as a Peace Corps Volunteer (2013–2015).
